Rio Salado Desert Classic/2008 USPSA Area 2 - Lottery Procedure                            January 28, 2008

l The lottery draw will be held on June 1st, 2008.

l Applications received after June 1st, 2008 will not be in the first draw, but will not be returned.  For entries to be considered in the first lottery draw, one envelope may contain up to four applications.

l  Applications received after June 1st, 2008 may have up to twelve (12) applications in one envelope.
These applications will be put on a waiting list in the order received.

l There is no limitation on the type or size of envelope sent.

l One check for all competitors' fees per envelope is okay - multiple checks are okay, too.

l Your entry fees must be included with your application.  We do not accept credit cards of any sort at this time.  US funds, only.  For foreign addresses, please mark "US Funds" on your remittance.

l Overnight mail is not necessary, although it will be accepted.

l No one person may send in more than one application - duplicates will be returned.

l For the lottery draw, each envelope will be considered one chance (i.e. if four in one envelope - this is one chance; if four people separately, they each have one chance).

l Lottery draw numbers will be assigned to all applications received on or before the lottery draw date.
After the lottery draw, slots will be awarded to the next applicant or group as spaces are available.

l Notifications will go out to everyone within one week after the lottery draw being held June 1st, 2008
- whether you have been picked or not.

l Include an email address with your entry.  Please ensure your email address is legible.

l Checks will not be cashed until after the lottery draw and after you have confirmed you are still interested in participating.

l Checks for those on the waiting list will be held until there is adequate space for you or your group and will be cashed after we have confirmed you are still interested in participating.

l The Competitors' Banquet on Saturday 11/8/2008 is not included with the entry price.  There will be many door prizes including guns.
