By signing this agreement I agree to the following.
- To use the Boral Pit for shooting only.
- I will act as the Range Master for myself and my shooting party, and conduct safe
shooting.
- I will lock the gate after I have entered, and when I finish shooting.
- I will return the gate key as soon as I have finished shooting.
- I agree that the gate key will be returned within 72 hours or I could lose part or all
of my deposit.
- I agree to pay $45.00 at the time I pick up a gate key, and receive $40.00 back when I
return the gate key. $5.00 cost share for equipment.
- I will comply with all of Bureau of Land Management’s rules.
- I will not shoot steel targets with center fire rifles, but with pistols or .22s
only, except for designated rifle targets.
- I will not shoot steel targets any closer than 10 yards.
- I will clean up all of my trash and targets before I leave the Pit.
- I will not shoot glass jars, bottles, or any other type glass in the Pit.
- Sage Pistol League has the right to refuse issuing me a gate key for my failure to
comply with this agreement.
- I will not hold Sage Pistol League or the Bureau of Land Management liable for
any accidents or injuries while at the Pit.
- I understand that eye and hearing protection should be worn during shooting.
